Mobile app vision for Wembley Stadium’s hospitality service
Wembley wanted to improve customer loyalty and retention by with a mobile app solution for their hospitality guests. Following extensive customer research interviews and stadium visits a new vision was created for them which solved problems for corporate clients around ticketing, communications and service.
