Mobile banking for personal and business customers
Lloyds banking group is the the UK’s largest financial services group which also includes Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Scottish Widows. I helped Lloyds to replatform and align design for their mobile banking and to create a vision and prototype for next generation apps, incorporating features like open-banking. I also worked with the FCA on a concept to improve banking for customers with mental health concerns.
